Yes — absolutely. Trauma-informed practice is at the very core of how I teach, guide, and hold space.

I’ve been working from a trauma-informed lens since 2016–2017, when I was navigating my own experience with CPTSD and began studying the relationship between trauma, the brain, the body, and the nervous system. My healing journey led me to train with the Daya Foundation through their TIBS program — Trauma-Informed Brain Sensitivity Training — which profoundly shaped the way I understand sensitivity, safety, and regulation.

Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my expertise through:
